Thanks for sharing that coverage Anne, I likely would not have found it on my own. I believe very strongly in the cause of green and sustainable small scale farming and also on the CSA movement to add value to a farmer's products. Consequently I joined a wool CSA in Vermont/New York state. I could not find one nearer - have the D'entremonts considered this as a possibility?
